- BUILDING SYSTEM: The construction consists of reinforced concrete and frame. The external walls are 25 cm thick of brick, while the internal walls are made of brick material. Terraces and roofs are heat- and waterproof, and the facade paint is silicone-based.
- EXTERNAL JOIN: Balcony doors and windows have double-glazed, white PVC frames.
- STAIRS: The steps are made of natural Bilecik marble.
- INTERIOR WALLS: All interior walls are painted with semi-matt plastic paint.

- COMMON BATHROOMS AND TOILETS: Walls and floors are covered with TSE Class 1 ceramics, and the ceilings are covered with plastic paint on gypsum plaster. The acrylic bathtub and shower tray are installed according to the architectural drawings, and toilets and sinks are TSE certified.
- OUTDOOR TERRACES, BALCONIES: The tiles are ceramic, and the balustrades are aluminum and glass.
- DOORS: The apartment door is made of steel, and the interior doors are American pressed doors. Door handles and locks are TSE certified, and there are mailboxes at the gates.
- OTHER: There is a wardrobe (customers can choose the color), garden for ground floor apartments and roof terraces for second floor apartments.
